In this world we are taught many wrong things. Many times the care takers in our houses and schools teach the children that talk about sex and private parts is a condemned one and an unnecessary social line is drawn restricting thoughts in that line and impregnating false ideas about sex and private parts in the tender minds of our children. Indeed most of us grew like that and many of us do have sexual blocks at the level of thoughts. Having the right understanding is the first step of handling things rightly. Many women also do experience sexual abuse or physical abuse by the same or opposite sex or some other form of physical or mental trauma which takes a huge toll over their sexual lives. To remove these sexual blocks and to revitalize their sexual energy by releasing the traumatized energy and allowing new energy to expand and build up, we need a therapy and that is Tantra massaging. Tantra massaging can also be done to women with a healthy sexual life to increase their sexual arousal and achieve multiple orgasms which in Tantric terms described as ‘riding the wave’.
In tantric massaging two people are required, a tantric practitioner and the receiver. For tantric massaging we need a quiet dim lit room with soft seductive music and mild pleasing aroma in the air by scented candles. The tantric oil is a high quality essential oil, non-allergic, non-staining and aromatized. The co-operation and trust between the practitioner and the receiver plays a very important role in the successful and gratifying experience of the tantric massaging.
The tantric massage starts with a sensual and slow body massage. The receiver has to be taught to exercise slow and deep breathing throughout the massage and the practitioner has to synchronize his or her breathing along with the receiver’s breathing. The practitioner has to focus all his mental energy over the part of the body he or she is massaging while the receiver has to completely relax, get rid of restrictive thoughts, and enjoy the release and build up feel of energy.
The practitioner will have the receiver naked and face down lying position with a towel covered pillow below the head, hips and also two small pillows below the slightly bent knees. The legs have to be slightly separated and body fully relaxed. The recipient has to let go into the sensory excitation and revitalization during the massage. The practitioner has to keep the palms between the upper and lower back and feel the positive energy and then start to massage. The neck, upper back of torso, lower back, buttocks and legs have to be massaged slowly and with positive feel of energy. There can be necessary conversations between them but not too much.
After massaging the back the receiver has to be turned over and then massage of the anterior part starts. Finger massaging of the face and necks is first and then massage of the neck, shoulders, tummy and hips continue. Special attention has to be given to the breast and nipples. Clockwise and counterclockwise massaging has to done for the breast and nipples and then the yoni massage starts.
Enough oil has to be poured over the mound so that it drips over the outer lips of vagina. Then the index finger and the thumb should be slid up and down throughout the length of the outer lips. Then taking more oil the same should be repeated for the inner lips of the vagina. Both the practitioner and the receiver should enjoy the massage. The pressure, depth and speed of massage can be changed depending upon the wish of the receiver.
The massage of the clitoris is very important. The clitoris is the female equivalent of the male’s glans penis, but four times more sensitive. It has roughly around 6000-8000 sensory nerve endings, more than any other structure in the body. This hypersensitive node has only one purpose and that is pleasure, through touch, pressure or vibration. The clitoris should be stroked in the clockwise and then in the counter clockwise circles. It should be then squeezed gently between the thumb and the index finger while asking the receiver to relax and take deep breaths.
Then slowly the middle finger of the right hand (and not the left hand due to issues of the polarity of Tantra) should be inserted into the vagina. A gentle exploration and massage of the inside of the vagina by feeling up, down and sideways with varying depths, speed and pressure will be very nurturing and relaxing to the receiver.
With the palm facing up and the middle finger inside the vagina the finger should be moved with the ‘come here’ gesture. This maneuver makes the practitioner feel a spongy spot in the anterior vaginal wall and that is the G-spot or the Tantric ‘sacred spot’. She may feel the urge to urinate along with a little discomfort and lots of pleasure. The receiver should be asked not to fight the urge or restrict the feel. She should take deep breaths and lose herself to the feel. The practitioner can move side to side, back and forth or in circles with the middle finger. She may feel orgasm and advise her to relish the feel and this heals the bad energy if trapped and builds in good energy insider her. Many more orgasms may occur and this is called in Tantra as ‘riding the wave’.
In the ending of the massage, slowly, gently and with respect the hand should be removed and she should be allowed to relax and enjoy the afterglow of the massage. Cuddling and holding her may be soothing as well.
